November, November! Yet another month went by WAY too quickly. This was a month of rest and healing for us while I took some desperately needed downtime and celebrated Thanksgiving with friends and family. There’s nothing like a very difficult year to make you appreciate the people around you even more. So thank you to everyone who supported me this month and sent encouragement!
Tis the season for convention applications as well, so fingers crossed that I am accepted into MomoCon and Anime Weekend Atlanta! I’d love to take this new shiny thing we’ve built together with the Ladies of the Months and start getting them out into the world. Maybe I’ll see some of you in person as well if you’re in the area?
This year has single-handedly been the toughest year for personal reasons and the most ambitious for professional reasons. I’m hoping the only direction we can go now is up!
Current Projects
My main focus until further notice is to finish up the Ladies of the Months Coloring Book! Here’s the progress I’ve made thus far. Everything that’s been bolded is a new status change for this month.
The individual tasks for the coloring book include:
- Await and approve proof. Expected turnaround time is 3 weeks. (DONE!)
- Order all the add-ons and organize fulfillment bundles.
- Ship all the things.
- Get the coloring book submitted to Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing format for standard edition distribution.
- Get the digital bundles of the Ladies’ coloring pages up on Etsy.

Upcoming Appearances
– April 26th – 28th, 2019 – JordanCon – I’ll be in the dealer’s area and in the Art Show! I’ll have the Ladies of the Months at my table, with my original fantasy characters displayed in the Art Show and print shop. If you love writing, Wheel of Time, Brandon Sanderson, and the like, this is a great little show for you!

It’s been yet another crazy busy month. Kickstarters are hard work, ya’ll! I’m looking forward to taking a much needed breather for the holidays now that the majority of the difficult work is done.
